About Chris

I’m Chris Cornell, a writer and health coach at Ovadia Heart Health. At 51, I weighed 278 pounds and was watching my health steadily decline.

Over the past eight years, I’ve immersed myself in the study of nutrition, strength and cardiovascular training, and metabolic health—while running constant n=1 experiments on myself to separate what sounds good from what actually works.

Today, I work with people across the country to help them rebuild strength, restore metabolic health, and create sustainable routines—guided by mindset, meaningful metrics, and steady, repeatable progress.
